Construction

Simplified

Where Tradition and Industrialization Meet
Predictable

Our products create reliable frameworks, acting as predictable and repeatable pathways, instilling confidence in both project budgets and schedules.

Cost-effective

Drawing from the principles of Lean Construction, we offer early-stage planning and product guidance that minimizes waste and streamlines processes.

Easy to Use

Our templates, visual aids, and products guide workers of varying skill levels to easily install the correct product in the right location---getting it right the first time!

AssemblyBuilt is a manufacturer and distributor of parts, products, and tools serving the construction industry. Through industry partnerships and domestic manufacturing facilities, our products provide a bridge between traditional construction methods and prefabricated assemblies that allow for a more standardized construction process.

Constructability Review

Meet with project team early in the design development phase to identify areas to optimize--such as the MEP rough-in phase of work--and develop a working plan to implement those efficiencies.

Process Recommendations

Based on project goals and constraints, AssemblyBuilt clarifies subcontractor work scopes and provides an installation roadmap that reduces site coordination issues, trade damage, and schedule delays.

Product Development

AssemblyBuilt begins with the end product goal and then strategically works backward to identify opportunities that optimize the installation process. We seamlessly blend time-tested traditional methods with the full spectrum of modern manufacturing options available today.

AssemblyBuilt aims to improve the construction process, creating opportunities for broader participation in the Trades.

It’s Good Work for Good People.

Founder

Owner, Founder

Ann brings over 35 years of construction experience in various capacities, both commercial and residential, including: site superintendent, project manager, estimator, director of sustainable building practices, real estate developer, property manager, owner's representative, and hands on trade skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

It is through the lens of these varied experiences that Ann understands the industry problems, can see the path to better products and processes, and knows the entry points to bring those innovations to market.

The in-depth experience she has across multiple specialties in the construction and real estate industry, coupled with the decades of time spent in the industry, puts a unique lens on how she sees the change that is needed, how that change can be introduced, and where it is financially viable to do so.
